SOLD OUT - Print & Sip - 'Botanical' Printmaking Workshop at The Suburban Brew Goodwood - Sunday 01/02/26
THIS WORKSHOP IS SOLD OUT. PLEASE STAY TUNED FOR MORE WORKSHOPS AT THE SUBURBAN BREW.
Want to try your hand at printmaking while enjoying a drink or two? Join me at The Suburban Brew at their Goodwood Taphouse for a relaxed, hands-on session where you’ll learn the basics of linocut printmaking and create your own botanical-themed lino prints to take home! Perfect for beginners, these workshops are all about having fun, experimenting with simple techniques, and discovering the magic of printmaking (and if you can enjoy a drink or two at the same time - why not!!).
No experience needed — just bring your creativity and we’ll provide everything else. All materials supplied. Enjoy step-by-step guidance on creating, carving, inking, and printing your own design. For those who are not confident at drawing, never fear! Plenty of botanical reference images + tracing paper are provided and you will be taught how to transfer your traced drawing onto your lino.
You’ll spend the workshop creating one amazing design, and then you’ll have the opportunity to print 3 prints of your design to take home - Great for gifting unique handmade artworks to your loved ones!
Workshop runs for 2.5 hours including a 30min break for lunch. You’ll be able to purchase drinks from The Suburban Brew + lunch/snacks from Reggie’s Detroit Pizza (next door to The Suburban Brew) - Food and drinks are not included in the ticket price.
The Suburban Brew offer an amazing variety of their craft beers on tap + other drink options, and they are pleased to offer their ‘Good Neighbours’ 10% discount to workshop attendees for drink purchases!
Whether you're looking to try something new, get crafty with friends, or just enjoy a few mindful hours making art, this is the perfect place to start.
Where: The Suburban Brew (Goodwood Taphouse) - 96 Goodwood Rd, Goodwood SA.
When: Sunday February 1st 2026 - 12pm-2.30pm.
Cost: $65.00 pp
